Deck Protectors - Damaged
If the deck protector is received in a condition other than brand new, please contact us asap with pictures of the product as received and we will provide a replacement at no charge.  You keep the original.  We will not provide replacements or refunds if damaged by the user, i.e. by overtightening screws, accidental damage or customizing.

Deck Protectors - Exchanges & Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds if you accidentally order the wrong item or no longer need what you ordered. If you have any questions about what to order, please contact us BEFORE ordering.

  • If the deck protector still has the white protective film on it (both sides!) and is in new condition (no scratches, chips or cracks), we will accept an exchange.  Please contact us BEFORE returning an item.  The customer will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs both ways and Arcade Accessories can help purchase labels for you and send an invoice.  Once received and condition is verified, we will provide the replacement.  Please use the original packaging when returning.  Arcade Accessories will not be responsible for poorly packaged returns that arrive damaged.
  • If the deck protector has the white protective film removed already (on either side), we cannot accept an exchange or refund.
Arcades, Pinball, Countercades, Other
All arcades, pinball cabs, countercades, etc. are sold as-is.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  We will always inspect, test and provide the most honest representation of the source and condition of the product.  We will never sell a product that has not been inspected and tested.  Items are then priced accordingly.  We provide pictures and descriptions to the best of our ability, but if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us BEFORE purchasing.
